CLUB REFUND POLICY: A full refund is available if registration is cancelled before the registration deadline; a 50% refund is available after the registration deadline and before the first game. No refunds are available after the first game, unless player sustains an injury early in the season.

PLAYER AGE VERIFICATION: If you are a FIRST TIME PLAYER with the HAWKS S.C. (never registered before with Hawks or Pullman Soccer Club), you are required to submit a copy of a certified birth certificate or passport to the club registrar for verification of player's date of birth. Arrangements will be made through your team manager for the registrar to see every new player's age verification.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL: You will receive a CONFIRMATION email to the PRIMARY EMAIL address with a regform.pdf attached after you have completed your online registration. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check any email folders where spam emails may automatically go. If you still do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the club registrar at mjoatley@gmail.com.

As part of the online registration process, players/parents are required to sign a Concussion Waiver Document. This requirement is a result of Zackery Lystedt Law of the House Bill 1824, signed on May 14, 2009, by the Governor of Washington, Christine Gregoire.

Waiving Registration Fees (Scholarships)

Hawks S.C. wants everyone to be able to participate in the program. If you feel your family's financial circumstances might otherwise prevent your player's participation with the club, please contact Melissa Oatley at mjoatley@gmail.com.

Additional Information for Players and Team Parents

Parental attendance at games is highly encouraged. It is a great way to communicate that you value your child's hard work, and it is very important to many players. Parents are also encouraged to cheer rather than coach from the sidelines - coaching should be left to the team's coach(es).

HAWKS S.C. does not want any of our spectators to openly criticize calls by the referees. Given the many demands of officiating, some percentage of missed calls is inevitable.
